Denise Nathan Consultancy has considerable experience in coaching and developing people for promotion processes from Sergent through to Chief Constable and Police Staff equivalent.  We offer bespoke programmes appropriate to the individual and force. This is delivered by our team of senior consultants and coaches. Coaching sessions are held online or on a one-to-one basis, as appropriate and agreed.

Larger group sessions can also be organised to run in house and priced according to the number of participants.
