CONSTABLE TO INSPECTOR FAST TRACK PROGRAMME

Course Info

We are once again offering our popular Fast Track support programme. We were delighted to have seen many of our clients achieve great results during the last assessment process.

The aim of the programme is to encourage and support candidates to help them fully demonstrate their potential. By undertaking this programme, candidates will gain an enhanced understanding of the assessment selection process.

The programme comprises a mix of coaching and support and development that helps to demystify the selection process and maximise potential.

Development Workshop

The programme comprises a two-day workshop which offers the opportunity for clients to experience the various exercises undertaken at the assessment centre, including gaining an understanding of the requirements of a competency-based interview.

They will receive guidance on how to approach the various exercises and get personal feedback on their performance from highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches and trainers.

They will also get the opportunity to observe others completing the exercise and receive peer feedback.

Written Exercise

Clients will receive hints and tips on a written exercise and complete a mock exercise in timed conditions in their home environment.

The written exercise will also form part of the workshop to further help them identify their development needs and improve their performance.

Alternative delivery options:

We have now introduced the additional option of delivering the programme remotely.

Venue:

We generally deliver the programme at an in-force venue that is convenient for the candidates. With very small numbers of candidates, we encourage forces to collaborate with other local forces. We are always happy to discuss your specific requirements, including exploring the use of offsite facilities.

If delivered online, Microsoft Teams is generally utilised.

As well as working with forces, we also offer to support to individuals.
