360 degree feedback is a powerful tool for creating awareness of an individual’s strengths and development areas by measuring performance against a range of key criteria. It is a vital tool for anyone operating at management level in the police.

We can also create a 360 to be used for the development of a team.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT OUR INDIVIDUAL 360?

Under this category we do two different types of 360. One is against the PPF Executive Personal Qualities, and the other is against more generic competencies. Our 360’s allow detailed written feedback under each competency section. This enables easy analysis of strengths and weaknesses under each competency and is therefore a perfect tool to create a detailed personal and professional development plan.
