Aim:
Our aim is to encourage and support candidates to help them fully demonstrate their potential at the ISFT National Assessment Centre. Candidates will gain an enhanced understanding of the selection process and how best to approach it. We utilise a blend of coaching and support and development designed to help demystify the selection process and maximise potential for success.
Development Workshops:
The support will include a two-day workshop offering candidates the opportunity to experience various competency-base exercises similar to those undertaken at the assessment centre.
Candidates will receive guidance on approaching the exercises and personal feedback on their performance from highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches and trainers.
They will also get the chance to observe others completing the exercises and receive peer feedback.
Video recordings are utilised to further enhance the learning opportunities.
Written Exercise:
The written exercise will also form part of the development workshop to help candidates identify their development needs and improve their performance.
Candidates will receive advice and guidance on the written exercise and given the opportunity to complete an exercise in timed conditions in their home environment.
Venue:
The venue of the workshops will be clarified at a later date.
The programme can be delivered in-house for a minimum of 3 candidates. We are happy to discuss your requirements.
As well as working with forces, we also offer to support to individuals.
